Yeah there will be days like this.  The problem I'm having is that there was about 16 days ago a document due to be out.  An SEC document accounting for the previous years finances, and all the related activities.  Well, the word that I got was it was the auditor's fault that it wasn't done on time, and since they didn't let TECO know about it until the very last minute, TECO couldn't get the NT 10K out until it was late.  OK then we had 2 more weeks to get it together and still nothing.  All I'm asking is for some information on when we might expect to see that.  That shouldn't be too difficult.  If you look back at my posts both here and on Ihub, you'll see that I'm not one to bitch about minor delays, but this is not what most people would consider a minor delay.  It's just not that difficult to at least say "We're going to have the 10K done but it won't be done till April 22nd"  I'm happy that you have 18 million shares, I have a paltry 950K, averaged in the low .03's.  I thought that was fairly reasonable only a couple months ago.  Now I don't know.
