By past companies progress as soon as the assessment was over (talking about triton) they received funding almost immediately. I suspect himr is talking about tucurui reservoir and balbina reservoirs previously stated in last years pr's as part of there business plan, which they are following to a T. These reservoirs have been estimated to have $2 billion worth of underwater timber to harvest.
