Re: kitus #2965

Hi kitus, glad you are still hanging in there like the rest of us. The 10K a little new information, we are all just waiting for the dam permits! Waiting for Rod to release an 8K on the Medina deal. Waiting, waiting, waiting, waiting etc!

One of our investors talked to Monica today. Here is his email to me:

I spoke with Monica about the APP today and it sounds like it is moving forward quite nicely.  They received the SIRG's comments on the 26th of March and are in the process of reviewing them.  She is planning on setting up a meeting with either SIRG or CDM or both to discuss their comments to try and wrap it all up.  I asked if this likely was the final iteration and she said that she was setting up the meeting to try and make this the final iteration.  Once the comments are all done they will put it out to the public for a 30 day period.  I asked if June was a possibility and she wouldn't commit to that, basically saying that they have no control over how quickly SIRG/CDM responds.

Laverne, do you know of any other permits that may need to be obtained?  Monica is only in charge of the APP and I was curious if there we needed to worry about the Air Quality Permit?  My initial thought would be that since they are only planning on processing the tailings with this round of permitting the air quality concerns might be significantly reduced given they will not be actively mining.

I have tried Buzz a couple of times to get an update on the BLM side of things but have not been able to get a hold of him. Have either of you two tried?

If you have anything to add, let me know.

SO BUZZSAW is avoiding talking to SIRG investors.
