Anyone that thinks Steve would issue a PR confirming the closing of the Punch deal needs to have their brain checked. ICPA would be sued in a heart beat for disemminating such a transaction if it were not true. 8K is coming. So is Fox and CCO. Wake up. Don't let the bashers beat you. GLTA.
