PoemStone Well, I used a whole large packet
through it into a hot bath, to relax my muscles
and mind.....seeped for about 30 minutes, soaked
for about 30 minutes and when I stepped out of
that tub, the walls were breathing and I was about
as limp/relaxed as a Cabbage Patch doll!!! L.O.L.~
I think I used to much!!! Drinking about 2 cups totally
relaxes me.
