I was just thinking that EXACT same thing. You posted it sooner than I did. : )
If Steve thinks this was such a great k, I'd love to see some kind of PR with all this so-called great news. Sure, it was a great k for Steve and Steve only because it shows how many millions of dollars were lost while he still made out like a fat cat. But for the rest of us, this was not a good k at all. This k shows a disturbing pattern of 2 guys (Steve and Joseph) that are paying themselves with shares even when the company is not even close to being profitable. And I'm guessing someday IF (and that's a big "if") this company ever becomes profitable, those salaries will get raised and many more shares issued to Steve and Joseph. Kinda sounds like an equity-stripping strategy, but in the OTC markets instead of the real estate market.
I'm thinking this equity-stripping business model is actually quite interesting. Start a company, take it public on the OTC markets and pay myself whatever salary I'd like or issue myself hundreds of millions of shares whenever I want. And I still keep getting paid even if the company is losing millions of dollars. I gotta give one thing to Steve: he knows to take people's money and even convince them to become loyal followers in the process. It's really unbelievable to me that people become so loyal to this guy given his track record. I just don't know what it's gonna take for people to start to understand how this guy really operates.
Okay, Steve. Show us a PR on why this was some a slammin' good k. I'd love to see your spin on this.
