This is the reason many of us here tried to prepare everyone that all we were looking for was confirmation of last share reduction of 2012 of 500 mill. Shares. There has been a lot of dd on north cal and himr since dec. 31st and these are the updates and events that should move himr to higher ground. The company stated I think it was in feb. shareholder update that the next share reduction for the beginning of 2013's goal was to reduce to 2.8 bill. And to reduce the float as well. When Peter took over they were pushing 9 bill. And the have reduce enormously for the opportunities they've been working on that should be announced soon with the filing out of the way imo.
