I'm not certain, but by my analysis that's somewhere in the ballpark. I certainly hope I'm wrong, but when the report states at the end of 2012 there were 3.463 billion "Free Trading Common Shares" that's what I take it to mean.
Somebody please correct me if I'm wrong, and I certainly hope I am.
