I saw on the Crayola website I believe it was that crayons melt at 105 degrees.
Makes me wonder with such a low melting point if the throughput is much faster than other feedstock and/or the residue easier (and quicker) to clean out.
Ever melt plastic then it resolidifies? Hard as a rock. Not so with crayons though.
