Quture (QUTR) and New Health Analytics Jointly Announce

DAYTONA BEACH, FL and RICHMOND, VA--(Marketwired - Apr 16, 2013) - Quture International, Inc. ( OTCQB : QUTR ) and SMA Informatics Partners LLC, doing business as New Health Analytics, an LLC organized under the laws of Virginia (NHA) ( www.newhealthanalytics.com ) today jointly announce successful completion of their Joint Marketing & Sales Agreement. The Parties intend to immediately pursue joint sale and installation of their integrated products for performance and outcomes analytics in three (3) customer sites to demonstrate the value proposition of their products individually and enhanced operating in tandem. Joint sales will be to existing and prospective customers of the Parties through joint licensing and end-user agreements. Terms of the joint sale of licensing were not disclosed but are substantial for the financial integrity and prospectively for both Quture and NHA.
