The Glide HD supports 20 to 40 pounds and offers 18" of vertical lift and lower. The lift mechanism is designed with patented CF (Constant Force) technology to counter balance the weight of the display, requiring only minimal user force to adjust. The display can be raised higher for easy visibility in a crowded area or lowered when used with touch screen technology, giving users the ability to fine tune the height for each specific application.
Wall mounting a TV acts as a theft deterrent, especially when compared to displays left resting on furniture, providing an added layer of security in any public setting. In addition, TVs used in high-traffic areas are at risk of being bumped or jostled; securing them to the wall prevents accidental tip-over, saving facilities from possible injury and costly repairs.
