Currently, OHUC operates seven (7) urgent care clinics in the metropolitan Phoenix (AZ) region. The Company intends to expand its OneHealth footprint initially within Arizona and subsequently expand to neighboring states. Potential acquisition candidates will be evaluated on a number of criteria as well as how they measure to OHUC's award-winning clinical quality of care and customer service, including 99%+ customer satisfaction ratings and average wait times of less than 20 minutes.
