Why? Probably because investors don't like it when you start doing something different than what you said your main raison d'etre is stated to be.
Crayons are not plastic. Sure, they can be recycled into fuel and JBI should be doing that, too.
But this is not P2O. Maybe they need to call it C2O? But dicarbon monoxide is probably not a good thing to be associated with. Too close to CO2.
Besides, C2O is already being used.
