This filing is exactly as expected by all here and as posted many times here to prepare everyone for what was to come in filing.no dilution as stated by management, just reduction of shares.. Business plan has been followed to a t by management and they have done everything they have said so far including reducing 500 mill. Shares. Plenty of updates coming now imo. Forward looking events stated in filing shows big things coming. Time to get this pps on the rise.
