Junebug, as you well know, the real danger is that HIMR is lying to us, or misleading us. Remember the Lieberman/MMTE/TTXP/BOPT mess, where the CEO said one thing, but did something very different. I am not ready to say this is anything similar, but keep your eyes open.
Ask yourself this question, what is different in this financial report from the last one? The only thing we are aware of is the number of shares, and maybe a sentence or two explaining the reduction. Everything else remains the same. No revenue needs to be accounted for.
Now I am not ready to throw in the towel, but an explanation is certainly warranted. On the other hand, if they have something really big to report in these financial, what is it? A public company typically has three business days to report anything material, and we have not seen anything. So what am I missing?
