GM, I don't blame you for being pissed off. We all know there is nothing to really report in HIMR's financials. HIMR certainly did not have revenue, and they should already know what share reductions took place, so what is the hold up (damn it)? Why the need for extra time? When a company performs likely a stinky pinky, it often is. I don't intent to sell my shares at this time, but we have the right to be skeptical when a company with nothing to report can't even file their financials after already filing an extention. IMO of course.
