Revenue is about what I expected it to be. The operating loss was far worse than I expected. IMO, Steve has made it clear in this 10k that his intentions are to line his pockets whether the company is operating at a huge net loss or a huge net profit. Do you realize it will take $450,000 PROFIT just to pay Steve and Joseph's salary. And it will take far more revenue to produce $450,000 in profit. And they've set it up to be able to strip away huge amounts of equity through basically unlimited amounts of shares as they see fit. Are you not disturbed by this?
I expected Steve to do something to prove he wasn't just in this for himself. Something to prove to shareholders that he's trying to build a profitable company, not just put up smoke & mirrors to line his pockets. I don't think he did that with this 10k. Just my opinion. I really, really, really wanted to pull some things out of this 10k and go toe-to-toe with the bashers. But the only good thing I can pull away is some revenue growth. The way this whole 10k thing has unfolded is typical Steve, IMO.
Perhaps the upfront will bring in some much-needed new money.
