The 10K & the 'Up front' party present 2 potentially different pictures of this company.
It really depends if you look at this from simply a numbers perspective like a broker or financial planner would do...or if you look at it like most 'longs' do: as an investment in a dynamic company that is building a business.
If you analyze the 10K just looking at numbers & focus on the net loss, lack of operating cash & comments on pages 4, 5, and 6 about 'risks & uncertainties' then you will probably conclude that this company is very risky.
If you analyze based on increased revenue (by %) & look at the fact that we own a TV station that has all the commercial spots filled & just hosted a major event, then you will probably conclude that this is an exciting company with big potential.
Just depends how you look at it.
I'm glad to be in on the ground floor of something that I see growing...and growing...
