This was their best K ever...I am not exactly sure what you were expecting but 300% increase in revs and actual forward looking K's are good enough for me.
You talked about them stripping down the company to nothing...Can you please elaborate on why you think this as I am obviously missing something or we are on two completely different pages.
Growth is Growth the O/S didn't go up much, rev increased, and yes we had expenses. Now if Q1 doesn't look better and doesn't continue this path then I would be concerned. As of right now the PPS will fluctuate but the K doesn't look as bad as I thought it could. Especially after holding it till after the meeting.
