Finally we where able to file. To answer the question about the loss. We paid 135 million shares for Punch TV and Joseph received 150 million shares to come on as President. We valued those 285 million shares based on the price at the time we did the deal. Hence the loss. Our revenues increased dramatically again and we have segmented out the assets to show the value of each and how we will amortize them over time.
