I think it's the problem of the site otcmarkets.com, it seems like all OTCQB companies only show old files on the site and the recent ones disappeared, maybe they are updating OTCQB data for their site. Check out “AAPT”, or click “QB” tab and check any of the OTCQB company, it only shows the old fillings.
