no dilution. so that puts that to bed. 1.2 Billion current O/S with lots of revenues but lots of expenses for now. new huge shows on the way.
10k will be out tomorrow for sure though likely later in the day.
based on texts and phonecalls from people actually present for the meeting i wouldsay this.........although the short term will be crazy and volatile, mid term and long term we are definitely set! because procter and gamble was only the beginning. they have had to manage everything very tightly in order to land procter and gamble since they had a lot of demands. procter and gamble became satisfiedand there u have it. but that is just the beginning. he did say each succedding Q from here on will be where the money will be at.
