I agree with you.  Live in the solution i.e keep a positive mental attitude and a winning spirit and work hard to achieve success.  I hope management is doing all the above.  They weren't living in the solution while letting your predecessor run W. Texas.  They were living in the problem for years. I don't think you should be convincing shareholders about living in a solution.  There are others your reporting to that have the controls so convince them.  The rest of us are rolling the dice.  Do you really think TECO would allow all longs to work the W. Texas leases? Their liability would be huge and I would consider that a mistake.  Here is a good example;  are  shareholders living in the "Rossi solution" or the "Rossi problem"?  Do shareholders have any control over that situation? I doubt it so all shareholders are forced to live in his problems whether we like it or not.
