I fully agree with your statement. I also prefer Bull in W. Texas over a non-performer. On the other hand a successful or soon to be successful E&P company would have the funds and incentives to attract top notch experienced industry replacements in W. Texas. Nothing against Bull because he is getting it done. The confidence problem still exists that TECO didn't have money to hire top notch experienced management for W. Texas and hired the wrong one to begin with after much lack of oversight.
