Do you understand what message is sent when many read the following:  Answer this Sean, If I don't do all of this, who is going to do it? Better yet, whose capable of doing it with first hand ground knowledge here. And who is going to do it with purely shareholder interest?

The answer is nobody else and that begs the question;  why wasn't their anyone else in the works to take on W. Texas other than a shareholder?  Example;  what if Max M. fails? Are you going to move to Belize? SJ1 and 2 need to be redrilled according to the statements in the CC so who would replace him if failures continue?  A company needs to have options in their plans and your implying that TECO didn't have options so you had to step in and take control for a CEO because he allowed himself to be put between a rock and a hard place.  That is not a market confidence builder in managements ability to mitigate similar situations that will occur in the future.
