"Because nobody from home office has spent enough time on the ground working over here."
What about on the ground in Belize? Is Max being looked after? It's no wonder that passive "no DD" management should stop paying themselves! Passing numbers along without personally understanding how credible those numbers are is lazy or careless. No matter how you spin it; their process of checks and double checks was non-existent. How many years in business as an E&P company? Less than 20 BPD to show for it and a 1B OS is disgraceful if the reasons are just simply oversight! How much longer does TECO have to continue making mistakes? Probably a month or two if things don't change quickly. My bet is cash flow is non-existent and they are borrowing. I realize lessons were learned and operations have changed but it was at the cost of .02-.13/share by 99% of today's shareholders. Forgiveness only comes when the PPS increases which only increases when well analyzed plans are well executed and that still waits to be seen by those who can only speak with Sean. They put of and new IR and website to deflect facing the fire themselves and there is a lot of fire on the streets. Bull is under a non-disclosure agreement and Sean can only disclose so much. We can get all excited about the Brown, Mitchell or Belize but until we have some proven success; it's the history that currently stands out and the PPS shows it. I don't think the market will react to a TECO PR due to the past credibility issues. I mean who will believe ongoing PR's? It's only proven success in SEC filings that will get the markets attention unless some large insider institutional firm can be sold on ongoing milestones that the mom and pop shareholders won't learn until much later. It's going to take the following 10Q's to convince buyers IMO. Cripes the last Belize Jan, 2012 8K fell on deaf ears. In my case I can only "have faith" that improvement has commenced because I'm not physically in Texas or Belize. Regardless I would need to see the geological analysis, project proposal financials, and some training to be fully up to speed with what I would consider real DD. Even with all the analysis and historical data it seems to me that higher than not production rates are still a roll of the dice. Any DD I have that will predict BPD on every project TECO has going is nothing but conjecture. Roll the dice!
