GM, the volume just doesn't seem to be high enough to be short selling or dilution. Think about it, thirteen million shares at .0001 is only $1,300.00, and even at .0002 it's only $2,600.00. That hardly makes it worth while for the effort that is required.
Maybe it is market makers trading back and forth between themselves to create a sense of volume in the hope of generating investor interest? Many investors, especially flip traders, look for volume so they can unload as fast as they buy. But if it is short selling, they are losing money right now, and cannot make it back unless the stock price moves higher, and that means they are working against themselves.
