Good post.  The amigos over at iflub have predicted all kinds of things the last two years.  Somebody used to post a list of their predictions.  Not a single accurate one. Now we have some info that someone went to the headquarters and checked out for himself.  That says a lot more to me than the amigos.  My best to you,  Jim
