I'm not arguing against your post. Frankly, I agree with it. I am putting it out there because it has been brought up, maybe lacking professional demeaner, and maybe as a well planted virus, but it's out there and evidence exists to support that argument. Maybe someone would like to flesh it out. I'm a participant here and will bring to the table what I can. But this needs to be more than a two way conversation.
