You raise an interesting question: Why would Coats PR $100M in 2013 sales?
I see two possibilities. The first is that sales are happening and he is well on the way to accomplishing it. The other is that he needs to pump the PPS so that he can sell more shares to make money to keep the company breathing.
So, we have to ask what evidence is there either way? First we have the string of PRs that announced small sales of a few units. Now we have nothing but silence. Would'nt Coats tell us of big sales as well as small ones?
We need to hear something from Coats to understand what he is doing or not and why.
