WPNV~ Windpower Innovations,Inc. closed at .02 Friday~ There is so much going on here that I will attempt to do the company Justice and lay out the extensive DD I have compiled for us. The biggest event we are looking forward to is the completion of the Acquisition of Rig Construction, Inc., aka, Cameo Pools & Cameo Landscape with Cameo Solar being a Division of Cameo Pools. The acusition company has 6mil in revenue for 2012 and has already increased revenue 30% for the first quarter for 2013 or 2.5mil~ We are awaiting the financial report and Currently have a 61 mil O/S that will increase to 71mil on the acqusition of Rig Construction~ The Float is remarkably low here at 28mil so with any positive REACtion to this Alert and we are locking UP another one that could potentially have a .42 target on its back this week~ I can assure you all that Bigger buyers are following our clean Alerts and this will be no different~ There have been 2 mil shares traded there this past week with every share going between .016 -.02 so clearly no one has a head start~ http://quotes.freerealtime.com/dl/frt/M?IM=qu...ymbol=WPNV
