If Coates wanted to walk away and shaft the shareholders, that's what he would do. It becomes a matter of ethics, don't you think?, There is evidence that management has played fast and loose with ethics. But that evidence has only been presented by one side of the argument. Court decisions and some of the positive behavior from AHS/HTI , leaves all of this open, IMO.
