I guess I wouldn't concede or deny anything either, however the recent post of a denial of AHS funding is interesting. I wonder what the terms of the agreement are in order for that to happen? Also, the mention of an SEC inquiry into some characters, posts, info given, etc. Another concern, regardless of the recent alternative reporting status, would be that if I were a big cap company like Tyson and was considering a contract, would I sign after looking at the books? I was thinking the other day whether or not HTI would be around in 6 months to a year, but if some of these other items pan out to be true, 6 months may be the max.
