Livinlarge8 - Thx, I agree, that is a great list of priorities. I have a feeling that list of priorities and in that order sequence are at the top of the CEOs list of to dos, hopefully. I agree most of us shareholders came in back when the O/S was about 800M, now about 300M shares extra later, our stakes have been cut to about 2/3rds and many of us have continued to accumulate so as to keep our averages low and our stakes relatively the same size. I think the dilution has done many great things for the company and will eventually bring shareholder return but its time now, for the shareholders to reap rewards. Shareholders have been patient this entire year and hoping great things are coming and with the addition of Cheryl Shuman great things have come. With the new CannaCig inventory and webstore and sales offices, great things have definitely come, however the market forces do not typically lift the share price when constant weekly dilution continues and each and every week practically we get new O/S numbers from the T/A showing tens of millions more shares, ad infinitum. What happens is, even if the company has already sold those diluted shares to raise capital OR they have not done it yet and are even waiting to do it later in the year, the MMs who handle the company accounts probably communicate to each other that company selling is imminent or it has happened but the numbers have not yet been updated so they front run the hit to sentiment this realization makes on the investors and so they manipulate the pps down on heavy volume and all the clowns come on the internet to bash the company and nit pick every address field in every filing, when it really does not even matter. This hurts the company and its shareholders. One of the best ways to combat this kind of dark market forces abuse is to have a greater number of shareholders and/or a lower O/S and/or a higher pps initially and/or a greater number of interested stock buyers which creates more liquidity. In an illiquid low pps thinly traded stock, the effect of dilution and selling those diluted shares can in the short term at least basically crush a pink sheets stock into the dust. It happens over and over and over in this market. This is why it is so important for the company to get out of the pink sheets market asap and get to the OTC with full reporting.
All of this means that the pps can hit any levels on any given day at any time based on how serious are the buyers and sellers and how much money they are willing to pour into their preferred chart direction. We could wake up tomorrow and on no news have some millionaire decide he loves RFMK and wants to buy up control in a surprising move and hundreds of millions of shares could trade sky rocketing the pps to ten cents and so on, OR, we could wake up and tomorrow there are no buyers but someone who has 50M shares they absolutely must dump on that day because of a previous days margin call situation that must be addressed and so does not care what price he is dumping at but must unload so the pps could go into low triple zeros. This is why I have never suggested anyone day "trade" these speculative pink sheets market stocks. Many will mock the idea of "investing" in a "stinky" pinky but good luck to you if you go the route of attempting to game these every day moves, you very easily could be handed your head within a very short time frame. As you see just in two days time you can be down 50% and in a single day you can be up 50%. Most will suggest stop loss orders but such is playing right into the manipulation game of the MMs because they can see all of those orders and they WILL hit them, making the daily action as volatile as it needs to be to purposefully trigger your stops to get you out literally minutes before they go the opposite direction in a huge move. Sometimes you see these rather large candles immediately before a big decline or a big run, they are simply clearing out all the orders so they know the road has been cleared for them to draw any daily chart they wish, once several days go by wherein they see they have full control AND there are no big sellers that are coming in on the ASK side (dilution included) THEN they will slowly run in up over time, assuming buyers continue to accumulate as it goes higher, if not they will keep it flat until they see sellers besides them coming in and then they will clear it again and then drop it hard and fast (last couple of days) until those sellers are gone because they dont want to sell so low. This is the standar classic game, it is all over the pinky market and players in this market must deal with it, but good luck to you if you think you can capture every up and down move to profit off of the manipulative game of the MMs, if you dont own your own proprietary bot trading algorithms, a high speed trading data line and a lot of money you are designed to lose that game.
If no mistake have you made, yet losing you are ... a different game you should play.
