MECHELEN, BELGIUM--(Marketwired - Apr 12, 2013) - Galapagos NV (Euronext: GLPG) announced today that it has received a transparency notification pursuant to the Belgian transparency legislation (Belgian Act of 2 May 2007 on the disclosure of major shareholdings in issuers whose shares are admitted to trading on a regulated market) from Gestion Deelnemingen V BV.
Galapagos received a transparency notification on 10 April 2013 from Gestion Deelnemingen V. Gestion Deelnemingen V notified that as a result of the recent share capital increase, the 1,340,000 shares they hold now represent 4.97% of the current 26,968,328 outstanding Galapagos shares.
