Perchy is a Mod = Moderator. He keeps this board clean of intruders, super negative posters, and the like. He can delete posts and he can delete you too! LOL
He thought you were trolling. You're obviously not a troll. So, he apologized for thinking so.
I am guessing English is not your first language! Perchy is difficult to understand -- even for those of us who speak English fluently and as a first language. No offense, Perchy!!
