ACME ACME Communications, Inc., through its subsidiaries, engages in the ownership and operation of broadcast television stations in the United States. As of December 31, 2008, the company owned and operated seven broadcast television stations, including KWBQ-19/KWBR-21 and KASY/50 in Albuquerque–Santa Fe, New Mexico; WBXX-20 in Knoxville, Tennessee; WBDT-26 in Dayton, Ohio; WIWB-14 in Green Bay–Appleton, Wisconsin; and WBUW-57 in Madison, Wisconsin. It also provides The Daily Buzz, a weekday morning three-hour television news show. History ACME Communications, Inc. was founded in 1997.
