Acero-Martin Exploration Inc., an exploration stage company, engages in the exploration and development of precious and base metals in Canada and Peru. Pinaya Project, Southern Peru The Pinaya gold-copper Project is located in southern Peru. The property consists of 29 mineral concessions covering approximately 14,500 hectares. It holds a 100% interest in the concessions through its wholly owned Peruvian subsidiary Canper Explorations S.A.C (Canper). Compania Minera Aurifera Los Andes de Pinaya S.A.C (COMAPI) originally owned 3 of the 29 mineral concessions. It completed a property option agreement with COMAPI to earn 100% interest in these concessions. Red Mountain Project, Yukon Territory Canada The company has 75% interest in 52 mineral property claims located in the Yukon Territory Canada, known as the Red Mountain Project. La Mamita Property, Peru La Mamita is located in northern Peru in the Ancash mining camp. Acero-Martin has 100% interest in the project, which consists of a single concession and covers an area of approximately 1,000 hectares. Minas Lucho Property, Peru The company has 100% interest in the Minas Lucho Project, which consists of 4 mineral concessions which cover an area of approximately 2,400 hectares. The project is located southeast of the Pinaya Project on the Andahuaylas-Yauri metallogenic belt. Panchilo Properly The company has an undivided 100% interest to certain Peruvian mining rights. Don Pedro 2000 The company purchased by way of option the rights to the property called the Don Pedro 2000 concession in Peru. In addition to the four main concessions, the Peruvian properties consist of other various concessions in one contiguous area in Peru.
