I have watched this board for about this months and only posted a couple of times in the last two weeks.

I am very disappointed in Steve's lack of follow through on his word.  Many of you are so excited when he posts anything because other CEO's don't bother.  Others are disappointed when he responds or stirs up stuff on Liehub.  I am starting to wonder if Liehub really is a lie? Personally, I have seen the truth stretched many times by Steve but this one is too much.

" I didn't know it was good Friday" "it'll be out on the first" "it's the auditors fault" "edgarizing bs"  When the 10k wasn't released on Good Friday I knew we were in trouble then.  IMO, Steve has intentionally delayed this and never had any intentions of releasing until after Sunday's meeting.  Whether the report is good or bad I don't want to be misled and treated like a 5th grader.  I want a CEO that acts professionally and doesn't post anything like all the others or is down in the trenches with us and reporting truths whenever possible.  To ignore questions here and post/stir it up on liehub seems like Steve's loyalty and ego need to be realigned.

How about the truth..."the 10k will be extended till after the shareholders meeting"  Was this just a way to get more hype and buyers leading into the meeting that could be a big disappointment?  I hope not...either way Steve is not creating more loyalty...he is creating more hostility and disappointment.  He is more transparent than he realizes.  Let's keep our egos out of it and walk in integrity...that creates loyalty...

Frankly, imo I would rather have a professional man running a biz I am invested in.  If he is
