Well if it's not released today then more than likely it will not be a good k. More than likely he'd hold off a bad k and hope that the investor meeting and party keep the investors along with whatever he has to say there. Probably something along the lines of the k not doing the justice for how far they've come. Then again if its not here today might as well expect a sell off First thing Monday unless some amazing news comes out... Jmo. Things need to change though. I agree on that.
