Yeah, we posted this quite a bit ago. (James selling his shares in EEDG).
Most of us have stopped doing DD since most of it wasn't true anymore. Since you can't separate the fact from the fiction (because nobody updates anything- just look at the LinkedIn pages for example).
We can run ourselves ragged trying to find info, that will probably turn out to be already invalid, or just wait and see if management is going to update us.
Not sure what the ACS company is that was holding the EEDG shares, but I think this is why the address is in PA. JMO.
