I will have to check the links again Mayhem, sorry if they do not work.

At any rate, my post sums everything up pretty well.  And, the point of showing these cases, the people involved, and the connections to those who either have or did have involvement in MMTE, is that one never knows who lurks in the background of these companies.  When William took over as CEO of MMTE, he claimed he cleaned the dirty shell company that MMTE was.  However, we learn from all the lawsuits that his claim was simply not true --- another lie told by William Lieberman.  Overcash was obviously still involved, as were his associates.  The mods and idiot suppers friends on IFlop say William took money from these people by mistake, or he had no choice, or some other ridiculous defense of their God.  But the record clearly shows that William Lieberman took money from these people knowingly.  The public record shows that William knew all these people well, and had business dealings with every one of them.

What investors need to know is that if one of the names listed in so many of these legally filed complaints shows up in a stock you own, run, and run quickly away from what will likely turn out to be a scam.  I have a list of at least 13 companies that were once empty shells, but were brought back to life by these very same people.  You too could own stock in one of these companies.  I suggest that you get out while you still can.
