Remember... technically he CAN discuss it at the meeting... you remember Steve changed the "shareholder" meeting to a "public" meeting. ANYONE can attend, shareholder or not... and that classifies as being public.
And now, according to the SEC... he may even be able to discuss details of it on Facebook !
