MSMY first contact almost a year .0015s AUSTIN, Texas, July 10, 2012 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- MC Endeavors, Inc. (PinkSheets: MSMY) (MCE) is pleased to announce the appointment of a new COO and the official relocation of their headquarters from Monarch Beach, California to Austin, Texas in this first in a series of exciting organizational changes and forward-looking announcements.
After spending 8-months in Austin, Texas refining their market focus, developing partnerships and expanding both their scope of projects and their product tool chest, MCE has moved their headquarters to Austin, Texas and will be systematically closing their office in California while continuing to maintain a presence there through a small group of remaining auxiliary personnel. The company has retained new local accountants and legal counsel in Austin to update and post the required corporate financial and legal documents.
After joining the MCE team in May, Joshua Graham has been named COO and appointed to the MCE Board. Josh has spent the past couple months learning the basics of the MC Endeavors core operations and has accompanied CEO Tim Algier to Las Vegas, Mississippi, and Louisiana. He will head up and coordinate operations between the various departments, projects and crews. Mr. Graham expects to be very hands on and will be spending a good amount of time in the field.
Consolidating their team and headquarters in Austin, Texas puts MCE in an optimal position and location to move forward with a list of projects and new products, some under negotiation and others in stages of modification, from a physical location that puts them at a better logistical vantage point to address their diverse and growing market locations and demands. It places them mid-country in America's booming oil corridor including Texas, Oklahoma and the Dakotas. With the addition of Mr. Graham MC Endeavors, Inc. is looking forward to an eventful and robust 3rd and 4th quarter building on the efforts and progress made during the first half of 2012.
Tim Algier, CEO said, "Josh Graham brings a new youthful energy to the team and with his practical experience in both sales and large construction projects, and having his eyes and ears in the field will be a welcomed addition to the company." Mr. Algier and Mr. Graham leave next week for Louisiana for meetings with several municipalities and their Haiti projects team located in Baton Rouge.
