Through products, services and leading technologies over the last four years, the IT team played a pivotal role in transforming the RCI business and the landscape of the vacation exchange industry.

The RCI Public Relations Team took home the Communications/Public Relations Professional or Team award. This team has worked tirelessly to promote positive messages in the media, not only about RCI, but about affiliated resorts and the timeshare industry as a whole. They have seen success through a series of consumer awareness initiatives in a challenging media environment.
RCI also won in the Innovative Marketing, Public Relations or Social Media Campaign category for large companies for its Abandoned Search Email. This innovative email campaign revolved around personalized and relevant member-centric content. It targeted members actively searching on RCI.com by providing them with personalized recommendations based on past search history and confirmations made by members with similar vacation preferences.
