Hey everyone, I wanted to stop in for a second. We are right in the middle of finalizing everything we have spoke about publicly. Nothing has changed. Sometimes extraordinary opportunities pop up which enhance our current position but need to be finessed into the mix. That is where we are right now. I will update you all shortly
