I can't help but think that management has been working on something bigger or with more immediate returns than W. Texas and Belize in secret. It might or might not have to do with Warren and Tanjung. Maybe W. Texas and Belize are still considered very important but have taken a bit of a back seat in the minds and schedules of management? We all know how many of us want every little detail of every project because we've been waiting for so long for results. If shareholders knew that this so-called X-factor or big deal was going to do so much more for TECO in the near future than W. Texas and Belize; our attentions would also be occupied with that potential and deflected away from these "same" two year old projects. Maybe that is the way management is looking at it? We would be looking for every little detail about this so-called X-factor if we knew anything about it and we would be driving Sean nuts with more questions than already being asked. Maybe that is why management is somewhat obtuse when it comes to what shareholders consider to be the more important projects i.e. W. Texas and Belize. Maybe that is why they allow Bull and David to run W. Texas i.e. because it has become such a little slice of the "upcoming pie". I might be dreaming but something isn't right about all these missed timelines and the overall feel out of the company. I guess I'm implying that I hope these ongoing delays and missed dates are for very good reasons.
