[b]SK3 Group - Why I'm Feeling Bullish repost by: Feeling Bullish
Knowning that I'm holding long position with a significant number of SKTO shares, a good friend of mine asked me yesterday if I was nervous about the day's stock performance.
I simply anwsered honestly, "No, not at all".
And here's why I'm not nervous...
SK3 Group's Overall Strategy
-- Over past months, private investors have been heavily buying up / investing in medical marijuana dispenseries
-- It's a tight network of players which Kevin Allyn, Chairman of the Board of SK3 Group, seems well connected
-- From Kevin's introduction letter on Medical Greens web site, it's evident that these dispenseries are experiencing many operational challenges
-- Kevin and his associates create Medical Greens to implement - much needed - best practices in management/financial operations (clinical staff, finance, legal guidelines, etc)
-- Medical Marijuana dispensary contacts for Medical Green's business involvement is a slam dunk thanks to current business needs and his connections with private investors
-- Medical Greens gets established, grows, and eventually BUYS out the private investors.
-- Private investors are happy with their profits - remember they origially invested to make money and not to run dispensaries
-- Medical Greens is now the leader in the medical marijuana retail market with a strong, expanding foothold in California and eventually expands to other states
Stock Insights
-- From day one, Medical Green's launch has been very well orchestrated - with precision
-- One major characteristic is the pychological suspense that investors go through at each unfolding step - but are not disappointed at the end of their wait.
Conclusion
I'm more confident with this stock than with any other stock that I previously owned including those on NASDAQ and NYSE due to the following reasons:
-- High caliber, professional management
-- Manangement is well connected with the major industry players
-- Company should receive favorable treatment from the State government since they will be cleaning up the industry
-- Management definitely has a well thought out business plan and strategy
-- It is a rare opportunity to get in on the ground floor of such a start-up venture (and within such a lucrative market no less)
