Your dd and explanation sounds reasonable. There had been another post about someone who had met Chad and that Chad did not strike him as a salesmen. You got to have the right man for the job, despite the fact that the Tyson trucks had operated with the units for a good period of time and the mechanics themselves saw and documented the results and the engines, that final signature remained elusive. Too bad for everyone involved. Perhaps the company isn't in total disarray, Chad will just have to build a company the old fashioned way without the sweetheart deal. However, the continued silence of the Walters settlement, the Humphries thing (and at this point you wonder if you can believe any "prediction" of the one NDA'er as to the outcome)... whatever else, there just doesn't seem to be enough time at the present for a vacation in the Dominican Republic
One other thing. It seems that at least HTI was able to get a sit down with the guy who gives the final okay. So they got somebody's attention who makes the command decision. Why the deal wasn't sealed despite the proof is their weak spot. Live and learn
