You speak nothing of the truth! You speak your mind, and that is fine. You have shown nothing to prove your claims. There is no evidence of massive dumps, you can't say for certain that these convertable notes will, won't or are being converted, you claim dillution (No proof), etc..... Opinions are one thing, truth  is another. Wait for the filing, then you can pick it apart all you want. Buy the dip, sell high, or hold for the longer term.
